House Rules

  • Hotel accommodation services can be paid in advance, upon service delivery, or as per the agreement.
  • Accommodation is charged for a full day, from 2:00 PM to 12:00 PM the following day. Staying in the room after 12:00 PM will result in an additional day’s charge.
  • Check-out or room cancellation must be reported to the receptionist no later than 12:00 PM.
  • Only individuals properly registered with the receptionist may receive accommodation in the hotel.
  • Bringing pets into the hotel is not allowed.
  • Bringing flammable materials, doing laundry, drying, ironing, and using stoves in hotel rooms is strictly prohibited.
  • Bringing and consuming food and beverages (including alcohol) that are not prepared or purchased in the hotel is not allowed.
  • Guests are required to compensate the hotel for any damage they cause to the hotel’s property, installations, or furnishings.
  • Upon leaving the room, guests are requested to return the key card to the receptionist.
  • Disturbing the peace of other guests is not allowed. The management reserves the right to deny hospitality to guests who disrupt the peace or do not follow the house rules.
  • Visits by third parties to the hotel are not allowed without prior notice and registration by hotel staff. Guests receiving visitors in their rooms must report them at the reception

The hotel is equipped with video surveillance.

Pets

The hotel is not pet-friendly.

Transfer

We offer the option to book a taxi to your desired destination. The guest is r obliged for covering the costs of this service.

Parking

Hammeum Hotel provides 45 parking spaces for its guests.

Check-in and Check-out

Please check in at the hotel after 2:00 PM. Please check out of the hotel by 12:00 on the day of your departure.
